Tamara Pickett

Tamara Pickett is the Group Communications and External Relations Director for the Virgin Group, leading global communications for Sir Richard Branson and Virgin. She oversees a multimedia team spanning Public Relations, Advocacy, Social, Content and Digital, and Employee Communications and Engagement. With a background across broadcast, agency, and in-house roles, Tamara brings deep expertise in storytelling, brand strategy, and purpose-driven, award-winning communications. She holds a degree in English Literature and Politics, a post-graduate certificate in journalism, and is a graduate of the Women50 Santander and UCLA Leadership Programme.
