HOW TO GET THERE?
We encourage our audience to use low emission means of transport to travel to the event.
Overground Trains: Utilise overground train services to get close to the area, then proceed by walking or using buses.
Check National Rail for train options but below are a few options we have highlighted.
- From Waterloo Station:
Walking: Exit Waterloo Station via the main entrance, cross the river via Waterloo Bridge, and continue through the City toward Aldgate. (Approx. 35-40 min walk).
Bus: Exit the station and take the RV1 or 139 to Aldgate or a nearby stop on Tower Bridge Road.
- From King's Cross Station:
Walking: This is a long walk (approx. 50 mins); we recommend the Underground (Metropolitan, Circle, or Hammersmith & City lines) to Aldgate or Aldgate East.
Bus: Exit the station and take the 205 bus directly to Aldgate East Station.
- From Liverpool Street Station:
Walking: Exit toward Bishopsgate, head south, turn left onto Houndsditch, and follow it toward Aldgate. Turn right onto Mansell Street and then left onto Alie Street.
Bus: Exit the station and take the 205, 25, or 135 bus to Aldgate East.
- Other Modes of Travel
Bike: London's growing cycle lanes and bike-sharing schemes provide an option for cyclists. Use a cycle route planner for the best route to Events @ No 6. There are Santander Cycle docking stations on Leman Street and Braham Street.
Taxi: Taxis and Uber are readily available for a direct and convenient journey. Use postcode E1 8QT.
Car: If you have a car, driving is an option. Keep in mind parking challenges in central London and potential congestion and ULEZ charges. The nearest car park is Minories Car Park (1 Main Street).
