From an early career in travel journalism, to pioneering a new approach to internal communications in prisons, and now leading one of the largest policing communications teams in the country, Sara Turner’s career spans nearly two decades across some of the most unique and challenging roles in the industry. She has worked both agency and in-house and remains passionate about the power of storytelling when connecting with audiences, as well as building inclusive teams that are empowered to deliver meaningful change.
