Noha Al Afifi

Noha is Deputy CEO of the UK charity Arthritis Action. With over 20 years’ experience in PR and communications, and close to a decade in senior leadership, Noha has built a career spanning higher education, healthcare, and the nonprofit sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

She also currently serves as Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and sits on the Board of the Arthritis & Musculoskeletal Alliance (ARMA), shaping national conversations on public health and communications excellence. Noha was honoured with the Not-for-Profit Leader Award at the Pros Awards 2024 and has been featured in the PRWeek UK Power Book from 2021-2025.
